Acceptable Use Policy

Merchants may not use Rekoup to:

• process payments for goods or services that are illegal where sold;
• violate the terms of any bank, payment rail, or platform;
• misrepresent Rekoup as a payment processor, bank, or guarantor;
• use another person's accounts as receiving accounts;
• attempt to access other merchants' data;
• use the service for money laundering, fraud, or sanctions evasion.

Rekoup may suspend accounts that violate this policy.
